I think a lot of people don't dodge because people harass them to dodge. People who bitch at other people to do something don't understand that in human history this has been an re-occurance that's human in nature.
When you tell people what to do or what not to do, expect the opposite of what you want to happen.
You should never tell people what to do after they failed, you should tell them before or let them learn it in the process. Learning by experience is better than learning by being commanded to do so. You single-handedly put a target on that person's back...that creates anxiety and nervousness. They will fail after you do that to them.
Tell them before hand or let them learn it in fight.![]()
Oh its scripted exactly where plumes land? I did not know this! Stupid me! /sarcasm
I have noticed on WHM that if a plume lands under me and I'm casting I will ALWAYS get hit. Any stage of casting. But if I standing there and not doing a thing and a plume spawns under me I can ALWAYS dodge it. It makes no sense.
Adding stress to the situation by demanding that they dodge perfectly will often lead to poorer performance. It takes practice to get good at dodging the stuff and recognizing the pattern and get feel for the timing, and lag will only make it harder to figure out. It is not like they don't want to dodge. Taking insta-kill hits is no fun except for the troll.

Drunk , hand shake , lag , tired and other 100 reasons , don't ever expect anything when using DF , want ppl's dodge make FC or LS , sorry there no other ways ;(Been grinding titan..I know it is DF but cmon..when many of the DPS have 100 level gear I expect them to be goodish..but so many times it comes down to me being the only dps alive..and we turtle along until I kill it. Why are people so bad at dodging ;_; titan HM isnt even hard.

Because all the servers are in just two locations and there isn't true server support for all regions of the world, of course you can overcompensate by predicting stuff, still doesn't stop the issue from existing and being an issue.

THIS X OVER NINE THOUSSSAAAAAANNNDD!I think a lot of people don't dodge because people harass them to dodge. People who bitch at other people to do something don't understand that in human history this has been an re-occurance that's human in nature.

I mean have people still not figured out how these mechanics work yet? If you move late, even though you may appear out of the say weight of land, you will be hit. If you move as soon as it pops like your supposed to you won't. I highly doubt there are places that just can't do these fights. If people could do them on ps3 where the game doesn't even load properly then anyone should be able to. If your really lagging maybe its YOUR internet. Get it fixed.

you say this as though everyone has a choice here. sorry but not everyone can get it fixed. lots of people live in areas where they are stuck with what they have. others log in from countries afar with no choice but crappy latancy.
deal with it<---see this. its basically the same as what you said to those who have the lag issues. not the same meaning but the same implications

Because not everyone has good reflexes. Take Thorn march Extreme for an example, when you have to dodge the meteor circle on the floor and staying out of the middle when the time comes. It's just too harsh on reflexes...
I call for the over all toning down of all EXTREME/HARD content to ease the frustration of DF players due to not very good reflexes.
PS3 limitations
