No, even from the very south of Eastern La Noscea, Agelyss Wise is still very large, where as in the video it's far in the distance. The angle is wrong too, from the new video it's either looking at it from the south west, or the north west I think, based on the coil bit.

That's only the very start of the video though, the rest of it is near the Crashed Dreadnaught, yes.
