How do I reach 450 in T8 as MNK?

there is a 430 around dps mnk in my group, but that was his best job,but he got like ilvl 106 with 110 weapon, once he get HA weapon and some other pieces drop, I think he would reach it

Me too. I've not seen a single parse of anyone doing 500. I've seen numbers in the 480 region but nothing higher than that.

480 for full encounter or mid fight? How geared were they? Been trying to get multiple point of references to determine what my max can be for my current gear/ilvl.

That was mostlikely with another Monk on Dragonkick duty so the better geared one could use Bootshine instead which is a huge DPS increase.
Also he surely did not use the LB.

A parasing screenshot can be misleading. You can use potent poison to add about 20 dps. That's 20 dps that's not coming from you.

I also consider it 'cheating' to use potions that raise your main stat.

These are things people normally don't do. Yes, it increases your dps number but they're not practical and never required.

You're delusional if you think potent poison potion gives 20 dps.

yea, Potent Poison Pot does 250 damage over 15 seconds, so that's 16.67 dps just while it's ticking, much lower over the course of a fight
