valid point but some people are more concerned with aesthetics.
if classes weren't so useless, i am sure people would play rogue instead of going ninja and be happy.
I can agree with that. I've always wanted to see SE implement a way of having Classes be more useful other than a means to a Job.
I m not sure if the Ninja is wearing Archer type of clothes or Puglist type of clothes ? Can anybody make an analyses?

The Ninja is wearing Shadow type of clothes.
I was more excited for the gun class. Kinda disappointed.
I know this is a minor thing, but if ninjas take less fall damage because they are nimble then dragoons should take zero damage.
Why? Because they can jump high? If that's the case then I want my PLD to not take any fall damage either. I only take damage from physical or magical attacks, so clearly, since the ground doesn't attack, i shouldn't take damage either!
The Ninja is wearing what is likely to be it's AF set.
The Rogue is wearing what looks to be a colored bandana and what appears to be a new armor model.
For anyone still wondering if the Rogue is the base class or not, the 2 and 3rd Kanji in the Japanese name are 術士(Jutsu Shi). This is identical to the rest of the classes. (Gladiator is 剣術士(Kenjutsu Shi), Thaumaturge is 呪術士(Jujutsu Shi), etc.)

You know with all the talk of what nin's sub classes will be, is Rogue going to be able to give skills to other jobs as well or are they going to wait for that? Considering if they did it now there would be a lot of balancing that would be needed.Ninja will almost certainly benefit from Blood for Blood, if they can be smart and avoid damage. I could definitely see them pulling from Pugilist skills like Internal Release though.
Did they say anything about the weapons, in regards to if it's one weapon that fits both hands like Pugilist, or if it's one weapon for each hand for true dual weilding? And most importantly, can they equip the Fuma gear? They better be able to equip Fuma gear.
It's more along the lines that DRG can jump high and land without taking damage therefor if they are falling anyway they're predisposed to not take damage from landing.
