Looks like rogues are stealth monks, and ninjas are stealth monks who use ninjutsu-magic.

It's to cater to people who miss Skillchains. Rogue and Ninja sounds more like Samurai than an actual stealth class.

The way I understood it is Rogue is like a PGL and ARC combined. Using mudra combos for poisons without positional requirements and poisons affecting your other abilities.
