Lvl 50 Arcanist is it wrong?

We assumed you knew this since you don't lose them with scholar and you said you played one.

Excluding cross class anything, summoner is everything an archanist is but with 5 extra abilities. All the spells are the same except that cross class skills are really limited as a summoner but since it gets 5 skills that are specifically designed for summoner, it's better. The only dot you can't use is aero because smn can't take from whm or conjurer to be specific. It's the same with scholar, you still have every spell and trait that archanist had but now you have lustrate, succor, leeches, sacred soil and adloquin.

I just started this game like a month and a half ago so I'm still learning the ropes as far as. If you like PvP the classes will get supported, through the pvp passives you were able to pick up +20 (the difference in int for a thm and a blm at 50 is 17 int) of a stat, the classes have more utility than the jobs, more utility is an asset in PvP. I ran as THM in Wolf's den, feather foot is a really nice ability. You can be a class in every part of the game except for endgame.

I don't PvP but that does sound cool.

Not sure about Archer though... that's a bit more interesting. Bard songs are largely wasted in 4 mans and I'm not sure how much DEX you lose when you ditch the crystal.

Seriously, there's no legitimate reason to be without your job crystal at 50 unless gimping yourself was the goal.

If you feel swiftcast raise as an ARC is that great, I suggest you find a better group of players that are decent enough to never need an ARC to do that.

And are you saying as a Summoner i can still use Bio 1 & 2 / Energy Drain / Miasma / Virus & Super Virus. If so that good to know which is really all I'm asking i don't know everything about this game. Any help on playing my class better is always welcome.

Good lord. That's not being a noob. That's failing to read. I've had literal hours of que time, and duty time wasted because people don't read their own tools at lvl47+.

Understand why I can barely contain myself when you clearly got to 50 and did not read 'SMN' on most of your abilities. This is my worst pet peeve in game, and be happy you didn't talk to me, or else I would have done nothing but insult you for failing a test of logic and literacy.

OK i over looked it sorry it happens in games no need to be like that my god insult me if it makes you feel better. Their are nice ways of handling things one of my pet peeve are player that get all worked up over an over sight as if it's never happened to them. As if they mastered every game in life without any over sights it happens damning a play and calling them names is something a kid would do. But i see it now so as i keep saying thanks for the help which is all i asked for smh.

Yes, calling people names is something a kid would do, but I don't do that.

More often than not, I just tell people what they are if they fit the bill.

There is a word to describe someone slow to learn, but I am trying my best to refrain from calling you that on these forums.

I did this out of anger of people who waste hours of my time because they didn't read something in their face all the way to 50.

I'm sorry. I don't enjoying doing this, but what you've said, and done is making me point it out because of first hand experience with other people who made the same mistakes that I just cannot condone or even ignore because the information is so obvious it seems like a case of intentional ignorance (and that's giving the person the benefit of the doubt rather than calling them the other word).

Sorry if this hurt your feelings, but that's that. People don't simply get to level cap in mmos and not see the more obvious workings of their class. Most of us here assumed you knew jobs retain base class abilities

you are perfectly fine. the lvl 50 dungeons are pretty easy. if you are geared decently and can still complete it then idc. esp if i used the df. df means i cant fully complain who i get in my party as i did not pre made it but decided to pug it with the df.

if they are pissed, they should have pre made a team or used pf to get what they wanted as their team mates.

you play how you want.

even in coil 1 up to t4 you can play as arcanist and still do fine. same with the original ex's. echo made it too easy. t5 is about a 50/50. if you know the fight 100% and play at the top of your game where you make no mistakes then you should be fine as an arcanist. 2nd coil is probably where the arcanist fun stops lol
