That is also why I said most are boss intros, which aren't long at all. And that it isn't about just the cutscenes. Focusing just on the cutscene aspect is missing the entire problem.
he asked in a later post why it worked there and I was giving a reasonable answer. I'm also pointing out that if that's the quality of the cutscenes that DCUO has to offer, going to that game over FFXIV for story-content is going to be a HUGE dissapointment. Let's take for example T5 cutscenes, because at the moment they're less Spoiler-tastic than T9's cutscenes.

Cutscene you get at the end of T5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9qFXDiE5to RUNNING TIME OF 3m10 seconds. Already, even if you include the 'roar I'm the boss', and the fact that the cutscene for DCUO glitched the heck out, AND the fact that there's a load right in the middle of it, you're still at a minute longer for this one in just ONE cutscene portion. This isn't even including the cutscene at the very start, as well as the "ROAR I'M A DRAGON" that twintania does.

Just because DCUO has cutscenes, doesn't mean it has the quality and depth that FFXIV's provides.

Edit-in: At the same time, I will add that if you think about it, if they put those cutscenes on -all- raids in DCUO, it's probably going to equal the amount of cutscenes we get between all 5 turns of a single raid, since that was referred to as a "T4 Raid" (Not quite sure how many there are in that game.) Even still, those cutscenes were shoddy at best.
