There was a post from the community team a while ago that said something to the effect of "Sleep and other functionalities will be looked into and addressed for 2.3", I think.

find a low rank and start playing with them. pretty quick queues, this is especially true if they are a healer, OR if u are a high rank healer u can queue with a low rank anything and get some pretty sick queues. H (whm, no names dont wanna get banned derp) was queuing with a rank 7 yesterday and didnt even have time/a break in between queues.. altho that was prly just luck queueing up at the right time with the right person

One friend healer who has rank 5 join me and the queue was instant, but he had to go

I'm a rank 17ish healer and my queues for the most part are either instant....or if i wait, about 3 mins at most. So I don't know how even 'low rank' your healer needs to be as I'm pretty sure I'm behind the leveling curve. So you might even be okay with rank 20-25ish heals.

Dont compare Q time with NA serveur, actually EU server have 30 min waiting time when NA have less than 5 min

I was talking about "Prime Time PvP".
At 20:00 - 0:00 are bad hours to play because people is raiding.
At midnight, players come to pvp match and queue is more faster.
