    Yeah, because that's what OP was asking for exactly. You're totally not exaggerating and antagonizing people for a personal preference in a single zone. I'm sure glad you put him in his place on the internet though!

    Beating Shiva would be the perfect transition to Coerthas and the big ice wall unfreezing for the introduction of new zones for the expansion and gaining access into Ishgard itself.

    The original post didn't come off that way but the subsequent replies have been moving in that direction. So they make Coerthas green again so it has no identity of its own from the other green grassy places (La Noscea) and they add a new snowy zone. Hey look the zone is all white and boring we'd better make that one green too. Nostalgia is great and all but I like that the devs added variety by making Coerthas a snowbound zone. The continent of Eorzea has nothing really farther north than Coerthas besides ocean, not to mention they really didn't have time to be designing completely new zones while trying to hit the rerelease deadlines, so it isn't like they could have added a zone akin to FFXI's Northlands.

    Well... since you never played 1.0, you never have any idea that there are in fact snowy area in Coerthas back then too. The one we have now are IMO too much.

    I didn't take anything anyone said as saying they want every zone to have bright sunny weather with pixies running around. Some people just liked 1.0's Coerthas better, I did too. It was a massive hunting ground, and kind of reminded me of Northern European landscapes.
