DRG needs a buff, and not the way everyone else is whining about!

Honestly, as an i100 DRG in T9, I have no idea what you're talking about. Unshielded, Moggle's meteor never pushes me below 1700, meteors do 630 damage to me and 610 to everyone else, we have second wind, allagan field on me won't hurt anyone if I get just as much shielding as anyone else, and there are absolutely no conditions where this has any effect. I've read this whole thread going "what?" because I've absolutely never noticed this having any effect at all. A bigger problem is BLMs having as much Pdef as we have Mdef, but much less hp. Honestly, if this tiny effect is having such impact on your group, there's nothing to say about it other than you're a bad dragoon.

? It's not enough extra damage to make any legit impact but while you're not noticing it, your healers are definitely noticing it. You're going to require extra heals at times. Meanwhile pdef rarely makes a difference unless you pull aggro.

It's just annoying having people wonder why you're taking so much extra damage and perpetuating the misinformation that drgs are "tanky".

I laughed at this. Go try and survive a megaflare without any buffs as a DRG. As a MNK I can come out alive from a megaflare un-shielded, but a DRG who has more HP can't live through a megaflare without any shields is ridiculous. It may not be a big problem due to the nature of fights which requires shields to be put on players regardless of class, BUT when it comes to DRG you absolutely HAVE to put shields on them or the consequences would be more dire versus another class who may have not gotten an adlo.
