    Things will change with 2.4 since that is when it's expected that the ilevel will go up again.
    SE is still not going to just give you the relic atma/animus/novus without you doing anything to get it though.
    Probably make the ATMA's purchasable through tomes or GC seals.
    Price for books for animus not going to change (may change currency and scale accordingly), but less work will be required to get them.

    ye~ ^^ i will equip another weapon until 2.4(if i am not akf)
    i lost the relics weapon but i get a relaxing game. its a good choice
