Beating turn 9 is far less effort than this quest, unless you or the people you're raiding with suck. The only hard part of Coil 2 is finding a competent group, not the content.

So think about that for a moment. If it's so hard finding competent people(I agree here actually), that means there's very few of them. That means very few people are skilled enough to do the content and get the weapon. But Relics, anyone can get, just takes a while. There's a reason they decided to make Coil weapons the best, and said they would be the best.
