What in the world are you running that necessitates that? I mean, if you are in 2nd coil you probably aren't casual.

I dont see why you'd need more than i70 for story content.

Since I've seen this statement a lot before, I wanted to address it. Players don't NEED the better gear if they're not running Coil, but of course players want it. Everyone wants a chance to improve their character and observe some change over time. Besides, not doing Coil now doesn't mean not doing Coil ever. Many players, myself included, are looking forward to running Coil 2 when lockouts are removed and statics aren't required.
