    009's "daytime" needs to be changed to "midday" or "Afternoon". Tried at 11:58am, didn't get. Tried at 12:02pm, and i got it

    Anyone got any more ideas for 15 in Ul'dah? Sat on the lamppost at midday and looked out but nothing. Weather may actually be an issue here maybe?

    I can't remember what the weather was when I got that one Definitely had to wait until noon/12pm to get it though.

    Confirmed on 010: "CLEAR" Weather (NOT "FAIR" weather!) Also has to be midnight or past it. On top of the lamp post!
