Used /lookout to get at 12:02pm in-game time. Dropped down from The Hustings Strip to the eastern-most lamp.

confirmed, overcast weather, used /lookout at 1:22pm

#11 (21,21) right by the aetheryte. must /sit on the stump on the far left from Margeria.
I'm guessing /doze on clear weather during the day, but that combination hasn't happened yet.

Weather on Hyperion was 'Fair' btw, I'm up on the pole too. Was not "clear" weather :\ That's probably what we need

Yeah, went there too (while it was raining) but I couldn't find the spot too. The description doesn't help much, it literally could be anywhere in that area <.<
