I get the feeling that some don't require a weather or time of day. Point in case, number 15 which seems to just be an set of emotes done in the right order. No idea what exact ones they are yet though.

Also I got 09 by doing the expression sad and then lookout during a cloudy day.

007 seems to be at 33-19 in Lower La Noscea right on top of the gate that leads into the housing area. Need to be up on that cliff near the red rooster stead to jump from to get to it. Seems to be at dawn to obtain the location.

Just got this location @ 5am Eorzea time by /lookout. Happy Hunting all ^^

005 is located on a top of a fence at 25,27 at Middle La Noscea ... not sure about the time of day, but I think it's supposed to be foggy. Just waiting on it for a bit.
