You would think with the majority of you stable playerbase being mainly FFXI players that they would realize giving everyone every bit of info is not what we want.
FFXI players were always clamoring for more info on the hidden effects of armor and weapons, not to mention ways to defeat bosses (AV anyone, PW anyone?). So lets not put on our rose colored glasses, its just too early in the morning ok?

Yes on the only 2 pretty much impossible to legit kill NMs...wow...great examples. Most of the stuff in FFXI was figured out by the community, the stuff we wanted to know was things like caps on certain stats (which people ended up figuring out anyway). A big appeal of FFXI was the mystery, unlike this game where they hand you every detail because its convenient.

If you need a blinking icon to figure out that you hitting to much or spamming to many spells, you should die, its a pretty basic concept.

Remember that list of questions that was submitted to the dev's one time during a fanfest? It was mostly stuff about hidden effects of armor, not to mention questions such as "if i face north by northeast during firesday while crafting with a water crystal during new moon with my panties turned around backward and a frown on my face standing next to a galka with his middle finger in my nose; will that help me HQ stuffz!!??"

    Pepperidge Farm remembers.
