Yes, you can sell the plot for the same purchase price. This is so other FC's have the option to buy a plot they want if another FC no longer wants their current location. The house built on the plot though will be destroyed as that cannot be sold to other FC's along with the plot.

If so other FC would have to pay whatever price you offer and then buy the land from the system for the initial price ^^;

I don't believe you have a choice on pricing. If I remember correctly, the price of the plot stays the same whether you are buying new or from another FC.

yes, i mean the buyer has to pay twice as SeraviEdalborez mentiond.
and i think the selling price would not be the same as server selling price and Galactimus gave a real case for this.

FYI the price of the plot will back to the initial price when the plot is available to be purchased from the system again.

He was asking about plot only, not house. If you include the house, then yes it will vary.
