2.28 Patch Notes Please...

The patch / update was pushed back due to scheduled yearly Japanese power outage shutdowns.

Can we at least get the patch notes a little early to browse through until the patch is released on the 5th? I am assuming that these would have been written for the previously scheduled patch time in may. It would be nice to have them 3-4 days prior to the official patch regularly so we could get pumped up for the patch

Stupid question, but is this the patch for fantasia? All these patches blur together

Regarding Fantasia:

Here are a few details regarding the purchase of Fantasia which will be made available in patch 2.28.

• Purchasable by service account (item granted to all characters)
• Three purchase options will be available (one, three, or five phials)
• Up to nine can be purchased in total
• Will be delivered via the moogle delivery system and cannot be traded
• The option to purchase a specific number of phials coming at a later date

Here is a brief overview of the Patch 2.28 content that was shown during the Letter from the Producer LIVE Part XIV.

• The continuation of the Saga of the Zodiac
• Adjustments to the behavior of pets while jumping
• New objectives will be added to the Challenge Log
• The introduction of the Sightseeing Log
• New filtering and sorting options for the Expert Delivery user interface
• Adjustments to PvP in the Wolves' Den
• The ability to register for Good King Moggle Mog XII (Extreme) and Leviathan (Extreme) via the Duty Finder
  
• The Echo will be applied to pets
• Filtering options added to the Crafting Log
• The ability to display the map from the Gathering Log
• Durability will increase to 199% when repairing with a Disciple of the Hand class
• Auto-sort of the party list when undertaking duties
• The ability to participate in High-Level and Expert Duty Roulettes in a party
• Adjustments made to the player commendation system

we probably wont see much more about patch 2.28 than this till the servers go down for maintanance for the patch

Was just hoping they would release the full patch notes SE even back in FFXI were horrible for lack of disclosure. I do say they are getting better at it here but a few days early isn't hurting anyone and give us something to read.

back with FFXI almost every patch had something that could cause the AH to go haywire with hoarding/selling. The items needed for Adoulin access were DAT mined before service launched and the price of the petrified log skyrocketed. Most of the good stuff for 2.28 has already been revealed so keep your pants on. Also remember the notes require translation so if they weren't completed on the JP side before Friday then the translation teams may not have started on it till yesterday or even today.
