Land/House Selling and other Housing Questions

I hope they dont add a way for one FC to have two estates, because that's honestly just greedy when people are still trying to get just -one-.

I'm wondering if they're going to be adding more wards, since on my server, all medium houses are bought up, and Mist and Lavender Beds are pretty much COMPLETELY full.

I don't see how it's greedy considering small houses are like 1.5mil now. There are small FC's that want to have multiple houses as well and honestly gil is not hard to make right now compared to the last patch. Do your maps/dailies/roulettes/ventures along with your FC mates and you can easily buy a house in less than a month. If you want to debate over greed feel free to start another thread.

On the other hand I'm pretty sure they mentioned something about opening up more wards offhand in the live letter, but none of this is confirmed at all to come in the next patch, which make it seems like they don't care as much to improve housing and frustrates players.

It's greedy because you're wanting to buy extra land and houses when other FCs want to buy one as well. Wards have limited housing. if you buy three plots of land and own those houses, those are two plots that could be going to other FCs, and chances are, you're not going to use those houses for anything. I've run to so many houses on my server, and MOST of the ones owned by PvE guilds are constantly empty. CONSTANTLY. Never seen a SOUL in these houses. It's not fair to people who want the houses for one FC to buy up as many plots as they can, only to not use them.
