Land/House Selling and other Housing Questions

1) Last I checked, you can't officially sell or transfer estates between FC. You basically need FC A to relinquish the land back to the housing ward for FC B to buy it off the game. There is no in game deed to the land/house to trade between players for an official transaction (beside you can't even trade more than 1mil gil at a time with the current restriction).

2) FC can't own multiple estates right now. You would have to make alts or send members off to make a secondary FC and grind points to buy land. Which kind of defeat the purpose that most people have of focusing on one FC. Maybe if FC alliance was available this would be appealing to me but unfortunately the dev forgot to include this in 2.2. Again it isn't supported officially in game and the current makeshift options that people came up with are too cumbersome. That is why I made this thread for some exposure to the rep.
