Added a new trick (very first one) about Transposing prior to using a Firestarter proc to begin your Fire I spam portion of the rotation!
Also added a trick about how to easily time out Flares in the infinite Flare AoE rotation.

Lala Swell - Death and TaxesYou can lead a man to fish in water, but you should never throw two or more birds in a glass house... or something like that

Bumping so it's easier to find for a couples BLMs in another thread.

Are the accuracy stats still current for the second coil? I'm finding the more Evenstar gear I get the faster my accuracy drops and probably be low the numbers posted on the first post of this thread by the time I get all of it.
acc caps are 450 for 6/7 and 470 for 8/9. the first post is incorrect.
So I've been working on T5, primals, etc. the past few days and been taking quite a lot of flack from other party members about my lackluster dps, saying I'm parsing around 150. I just don't see that as possible, with my own calculations, but perhaps I'm missing something.
My usual opening rotation is as follows:
T2>F3>RS>F1 (mana >250)>Swiftcast Flare>Convert>F1>B3>T2>scathe>F3>
FS procs are used when available or kept until mana is regained after B3 phase. TS procs are used at my discretion based on thunder dot's time and if I will be needing to move, etc.
When Swiftcast and convert are not available, my rotation is:
F3>F1>(down to >500 mana)>B3>T2>scathe>F3>
Also please keep in mind I am on the ps4 and have a crowded hotbar (can't take up a space for T3 if I'm only going to use it for procs unfortunately). I've read the forums and I dont think what I'm doing is too far off from suggested rotations
So I don't know....any constructive criticism is appreciated.
The problem is likely not so much your rotation, but how you dodge and know well you know those bosses. So I've been working on T5, primals, etc. the past few days and been taking quite a lot of flack from other party members about my lackluster dps, saying I'm parsing around 150. You will need to be using T3 for tc procs though.
Keep practicing2 hot bars are handy once you get used to it. I started out overwhelm too when I can't fit all skills on one hot at, but after using controller for so long. It become like auto pilot, provided I put the same similar skill type for each class same place, main rotation, sub rotation, aoe, buffs, etc etc.

Dude. you HAVE to figure out a way to have T3 on your hotbar. Your most important spells and abilities at 50:
Fire 3
Bliz 3
Fire 1
Thunder 3
Thunder 2
Flare
Swiftcast
Transpose
Manawall
Manaward
These should be accessible at all times. I might even put Aetherial Manipulation over manaward.
Also BIG BIG shoutout to the OP for sharing that rotating orb trick to time the infinite flare rotation. I never miss my mana tick anymore XD
