You seem to be confused i never said i would only do it my way, What am saying is most of the guides say do it that way, I asked why they didn't tank it in the middle and there replay was "if you cant dodge learn the fight", Now look for guides on it they mostly say tank it in the middle, Now and no point did I say that it is the best and only way. But when i ask why and get the rude replay and then right after fight get kicked how can i understand why they do it that way or were I should be standing or anything.

You already have 3 classes at 50 so you've done the dungeon before, you should know how to deal with swinge.

well wanted to discus the hole vote kick system but everyone rather talk about the scenario instead so clearly all i got from this is its 100% fine to vote kick people on the pure fact you don't like them even tho there is no option for kicking people you don't like not even a choice that goes any were near that

You actually sound like you are leaving out much of the problem and just want sympathy for having been kicked by the "bad tank".

Yes i have done it many times before and all the same way tanked in middle.
AS tanked in middle its easy to see that hes about to do the move as he was already at the side i was not expecting it.
All i did was ask him why he didn't tank in middle (as that is the way i seen it done).
Yes my reaction time could have been better but again this topic really had nothing to do with witch way was right or wrong to begin with.
Its about the uncooperative and the vote kicking cause i didn't do it his way without a discussion of any kind.

Am not a mind reader i cant magically do it there way if i don't know how they do it. A helpful explanation to why they do it that way might help to

Well actually Sympathy could not care less the hole who's way was right or wrong is not even the issue as the tank proved he could not care less about the way i normally do it and because it was wrong in his eyes.
What I kinda started this thread for as should be easy to know from the name is this kind of vote kick is wrong and why is it aloud?
don't remember all the options for it only had to kick someone once cause they went offline we kept going but it got to the point were we could wait no longer
Kick choices - harassment, offline, AFK cant renmber the last one but am surre its note vote kick people i dont like

There are many many many other threads already on this subject. If you truly just wanted to just add to the discussion, you would have commented in a pre-existing one which already has gained a lot of traction on the issue, instead of starting yet another thread which ultimately just peters out after a few posts. As the poster above said, only hearing a one sided biased account helps no one. We only have your word to go off, and quite frankly, I don't believe you. I don't believe you politely said do it this way, I don't believe you didn't come here just for sympathy and attention and I certainly don't believe it was the first and only thing you said to make them suddenly snap so much as to vote kick you and your healer friend.

So I'm done here, thanks for the debate. If you really want to try and illicit a response from SE on here, go post in one of the many other threads In the issue.

this boss is easy , ranged dps can stay at melee range , and go throw the boss to avoid swinge....i dont know why mages and bard stand far away for this kind of bosses

correct me if im wrong but when boss is going to use the aoe , he goes to a side and the tank cant do anything to stop it.

The body of your OP focused on what the tank was doing wrong in your eyes, and why he was a bad tank. Hence, that is the direction the replies took.

The irony of this is that this is what much of your post was complaining about- that the tank didn't do it your way. Did you ask or suggest tanking it in the middle to begin with? If not, I doubt the tank was a mind reader either. I've never once seen it tanked in the middle and I've never had to read a guide for it so it never occured to me some people might do it that way, so its possible the tank didn't either.

Your OP is filled with what looks like misleading info, things you've left out and from the sounds of that GM response, blatant lies. When people have said 'yeah, that sucks but its not wrong to tank that way' you've acted in a very defensive manner over it and glossed over the way you acted. If the tank just randomly insulted and kicked you for no reason, that does suck, but it sure sounds like you are leaving out info.

Although there is no need to insult people. There's also no need to come and make threads whining that some jerk vote kicked you.
