Atma disappointment social help thread. For those with no luck.

Lets see....I started my 1st atma quest saturday.
Central Shroud atma: 3 hours more or less....from 10am to 13pm
Souther Thalanan: from 13pm to 1am in the morning, then Sunday from 10am to 19pm.....21hours to get a drop!!!!

How many fates I did? not a clue....what I know is that I capped my 50k seals twice....

Average out the seals it is roughly 250 per FATE.

50,000 / 250 = 200. You capped twice = 200×2, therefore about 400 FATEs.

Yesterday I did some fate with a friend. He has already an atma weapon. Same amount of time, both of us got gold medals but the one to drop the atma was him. I'd like to add that he has also 2 atmas of the same type.

Yes. This system is perfect - please leave it as it is SE because I deserve wasting hours doing low level fates only because i was born more unlucky than even donald duck.

Grinding RNG is more attitude than aptitude. If you don't like it, there's other ways of progression. Please consider not pressing this existing path to be changed, molded to your personal wants. Because it isn't broken. It caters to a type of player which you clearly are not.

We are talking about a weapon that you will upgrade for the rest of the game.the only reason for saying it is good as it is the same which forces men to buy big cars and TVs.

In forum there is so much discussion about how difficult is get Atma, but at every high level roulette I do, I always get in party with one or more people with Animus equipped. Starting to think the real complain is that Atma requires real time and effort but a good number of forum players are willing to get it in a day with stones dropping at every FATE.

Me too have done ATMA sessions and got 1 stone in around 6 hours, but this is the expected rate. Live with it. We talking about the third best weapon of the game, get serious about willing to get it in a day.

It took me 3weeks to get all 12. I didn't keep track of them just did them randomly between duty finder ques. I got 3 on the first week none on the 2nd week and literally 7 in a row the 3rd. The last two took a while but had them all before the weekend.

I agree, there should be a weapon you can obtain by mindlessly grinding under lv50 content that requires one or two skills in your skill bar to complete successfully. As some have said before, it's content for grinders and they should have their cookie too.

Given that, I would propose the following change: make the atma quest give a lv95 weapon equivalent to Leviathan's and make extreme primals, including Leviathan, be part of the animus progression line instead. In other words, swap these two progression paths.

If you are a grinder lover and can't accept this change because Animus will soon evolve into Novus and so on with new weapons, then you understand why so many complain about this.

They could be giving an ilvl120 weapon with +10 dmg for pressing spacebar 500.000 times non interrupted and I would not bother getting it.

If the grind for one of the best and most current weapons in the game bothers you that much, just wait till about 2.4 or 2.5
You will get an Atma just for having the quest open and participating in a FATE, in one of the designated zones, with a Zenith equipped.

I'll tell you what truly bothers me: paying for a boring game. And I'm pretty sure this is a matter that worries the developers too. The last thing they want to do is bore us to the point where we forget about their game.

But by all means, keep on asking for similar content if you enjoy it.
