High Allagan vs i100 Weapons.

Higher ilvl pve weapon always beats pvp weapon when it comes to damage/healing output, the only advantage to having a lower ilvl pvp weapon is that the morale gives you a bit more defense.

Is this fact though? I`ve been reading a bit of both sides.
Wolfeye Staff (for example) gives 44 Morale, which is a huge amount of morale to lose if you equip a high allagan weapon.
Morale not only gives offense but it also gives defense which is a major thing to lose if you are getting smacked by opponents decked out in moral gear.

Maybe the question is...Are you the focus? As a BLM, SMN or Healer, you will be the main focus, so ilvl 100 pvp weapon(penta-melded) is your best option. In other hand, as melee dps or tank, maybe you can do more dps wearing the high allagan weapon over the ilvl 100 pvp.

Yeah that makes sense. Moral would be a lot more useful on a class that is focused a lot like BLM, SMN, Healer (or maybe even bard).
Does anyone know how much extra dps you get per morale?
