Maybe not as big as most anticipated but still more than some people make it out to be. And more to come with 1.19 and 1.20 shortly after. 1.18 they said took longer because of the core reforms they had to do but things will come out faster after.
Beast tribes stated to come out AFTER quest hubs actually. Believe it was the article for quest hubs way back that said that^^ Might of said was for 1.19 too... and ya 1.18 def will be longest wait otherwise they won't even come close to finishing everything they wanted by end of summer xD We'd be lucky to get in 1 more patch, so let's hope it's way shorter for 1.19 like it should be^^
