I don't justify that, but I seriously doubt it was a "properly attempted" 400, as that seems far beyond even a realistic bell curve's extreme..

In fact, I have 72 atmas now (6 weapons worth), and never saw 400 fates for any one of them. Even when counting book fates or helping a friend or "oops, wrong zone/weapon".

So no, I will not justify something which does not make sense of being possible, let alone low in probability.

So you're coming here calling this person a liar. Go troll on another thread or play with your Animus. I've done over 300 since my last Atma: was enough for me I dumped what I had on the ground, (5 fyi) and said heck with this stupid quest. You must have designed this nonsense since you love it so much. Take a basic stats class and get a clue.

A misunderstanding of the conditions- heck, even an exaggeration based on other factors, does not mean she was lying. but thanks for the personal attack on me.

And since when, is, say 12 atma, a more statistically significant sample size over 72?

I personally wouldn't call you a liar. Legitimately, the RNG gods may just not be working in your favor.

In my experience, on my server, almost all the people QQing about it are people who put no time into it. They just do a couple of fates, don't get an Atma, then pack up their toys and go home.

In my farming experience, the one in Southern Thanalan took over 8 hours and the one in Central Shroud took over 6 hours. The remainder took me anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours each. Total, I spent roughly 22~24 hours farming Atma.
