    what? if i cast a fire 3 in u3, its half the cast time and i can directly cast the next spell after that cast w/o your so called full gcd

    In game right now. Used Blizz 3 on an enemy. At my spell speed, Fire 3 is a cast of 3.4 seconds, with a recast (GCD) of 2.43 seconds. After using Blizz 3, the cast time is 1.7 seconds, with a recast of 2.43 seconds. It's a very small difference (.7 seconds), but there's still the full delay.
