Question about blue quest gear

Hello everyone! I just did my level 45 job quest and the follow up quest which to my surprise gave me four pieces of iLvl 45 gear that were substantial upgrades. Which brings me to my question: are there any other quests that award good gear for me that I should be on the lookout for? Thanks!

Your level 50 class quest.
Those 2 quests give you what is commonly referred to as your AF or artifact gear.

The other major one, once you hit 50, is the A Relic Reborn questline. It's a big, multi-step process from Gerolt in... Quarrymill, I think? There's a lot to it (including five 8-man trials!), but the reward at the end is an amazing item level 80 weapon, which is easily upgraded to an even more amazing item level 90 weapon. It's further upgradeable past that, although the method for that is extremely grindy, but the 90-version is enough to power you through (almost) everything you can face in the game.

And just like the Artefact Armor you got from the job quests, it's doable for every job in the game to get a (relatively) easy awesome weapon!

You can also find high level gear in Crystal Tower (i80, left side) or buy it from the vendors in Revenant's Toll using tomestones (special currencies you only get doing endgame stuff). There's currently an i90 set and an i100 set that can be upgraded to i110 (the current max for all nonweapons) if you're doing the Second Coil of Bahamut

Once you hit the lv50 cap for your character it is all gear progression from that point.

Lv55 gear from dungeons Amdapor Keep and The Wanderer's Palace, and purchase from Grand Company.

Lv60 from Pharos Sirius, Copperbell hard, Haukke hard

Lv70 from The Lost City of Amdapor, Brayflox hard, Halatali hard

Lv80 from raid The Labyrinth of the Ancients

Lv90 from raid The Binding Coil of Bahamut and purchase in Revenant's Toll

Lv100 purchase in Revenant's Toll

Lv110 from raid The Second Coil of Bahamut

All this info brings up many more questions.
First, is the 4 pieces of gear from my level 45 job quest plus the gear from my level 50 job quest enough to complete the HM fights for my Relic Weapon?

Second, what GC rank do you need to be in order to buy i55 gear from the GC?

I'm sure I will think of more and I apologize that this turned into a gear progression thread as I know that information is VERY easily accessible on the forums.
