The other major one, once you hit 50, is the A Relic Reborn questline. It's a big, multi-step process from Gerolt in... Quarrymill, I think? There's a lot to it (including five 8-man trials!), but the reward at the end is an amazing item level 80 weapon, which is easily upgraded to an even more amazing item level 90 weapon. It's further upgradeable past that, although the method for that is extremely grindy, but the 90-version is enough to power you through (almost) everything you can face in the game.

And just like the Artefact Armor you got from the job quests, it's doable for every job in the game to get a (relatively) easy awesome weapon!
