I get this all the time when I que.; ;. its so dumb cause it makes you wait another 10min if someone doesn't press commence.

That's probably because whichever role is most wanted was the one that cancelled.

Anyway, there isn't much you, or SE, can really do about it. >:

(I've seen far worse from Crystal Tower though; I think one time I counted about 12 queue pops before we FINALLY got in)

I'm taking a guess in the dark here but perhaps its possible people are dodging queue because they aren't queued with their friends for win trading.
