Depends on the context of those chatlog messages.

Are you seeing that your queue pops, and then people are leaving queue? Are you seeing people leaving the party before the queue pops?

PvP servers are pretty broken (as we all know), but what I am seeing is similar to what was happening with Amdapor Keep before they increased the capacity for concurrent instances in 2.0. More often than not, I'm seeing people leaving the instance before the queue even pops, and it's because your duty finder tooltip will say "Reserving instance..." for anywhere from 5-15 minutes before the queue will actually pop.

I have no work-around for this, just pointing out that it has been happening. I have tried to leave the queue and re-queue when seeing it, and have tried to just wait it out. Neither way seems to help it pop.

Yeah but, if you queue in as a level 50 light party you will still get matched up with people who solo queued level 50. I haven't ever win-trade but I have gotten in a 4man premade with friends for queues. Almost never do we fight against a team all from the same server.

No, if you queue as a 4 man party in 50s, you wil NEVER play in the random/solo queues, they are completely separate. You can however, queue as a 4 man premade in 30s and 40s solo queues. Playing against a team that's all from the same server is usually a result of a 3 man premade + another from that server or just sheer luck that 4 people from the same server got grouped together.

Yup. The main thing about Light Party formations/queue is that you don't have to adhere to the Melee + Ranged + Healer + Tank combination.

Also that nobody enters it randomly really, so it's basically a wintrading ground.
