dont allow shouts or tells till lvl 20

So, I should have to add as friends any low-level player who wants to send me a tell? I'm already in an FC, and I don't have invite privileges within the FC, so that's not an option. I guess I could create an LS just to handle tells, but that seems like a ridiculous workaround. How about we just let low-level players communicate?

Like it takes so long to get to 15... it's not like you can even enter a dungeon pre-15.

You still have party chat.

Also, it could be implemented that you only need one class over 15 on the character (e.g. switching to a subclass under 15 won't prevent you).

Low-level players could communicate... /say /party /l or befriending...

I feel like the idea is getting made out to be this incredible burden or hassle...

It's pathetic how minor it is in comparison to filling up your Blacklist weekly with RMT shouts/tells in yet people will still find fault.
