I'm totally in love with the gorgeous landscapes, roaming thru them during the day/night/weather changes , and enjoying the level ups on different quests & classes... (Archer & Thaumaturge gameplay/action feel very different..., like that too), besides the main story and quite a few class story quests are interessting.. (besides some "suprise" quests on the way..)

I'm looking fowared to the Level 50 stuff..., but I'm really just enjoying the ride right now... (and keep discovering new and more beautifull settings/areas..).., and enjoy "fooling" around with other players once in while.. ("dancing", "flirting" or just looking at the diffrent character styles... and taking pics.)... and the different approaches (team players, speed runners, noobs ect.) give different flavors when raiding

maybe try a different class for a change? and switch more often in the 1-person view, to enjoy the landscapes while strafing/moving/looking?

If you're willing to spoil yourself, try looking at online videos of some end game fights. They're usually more interactive than non lvl 50 dungeons.

Not sure What fight I'd recommend though. Maybe...titan extreme or a certain fight called minstrel's ballad.

If you have to ask this question, you already know the answer.

It really depends on the person.
The most interesting content and fights are definitely at level 50, though.

However, I thoroughly enjoyed the leveling up process (save for a couple of boring levels that were nothing but Fate grinding)
I loved the lower level dungeons (sub 40)
Qarn (35) is one of my favourites, as is Brayflox's Longstop (32). I'd much rather go to either of them than many of the level 50 dungeons.

For me, the game started getting good around level 34, when you first fight Titan.
That was at the time when everyone was new to the game. We wiped for about 30 minutes on Titan (story), and I loved every minute of it.

So, in my opinion, around level 34-35 is when the game really starts to gain momentum.

I think that most of the fun stuff is held off to lvl 50 but there is some fun stuff to do pre lvl 50. But I just think that most of the quest the have you do is mostly fetch and deliver quest or kill x number of mobs. But there are some cool memorable storyline quest though.

As everyone has said, the game begins at level 50. That's where you start making friends and getting into statics and doing all the EX/raiding. However, I say that, I'm currently leveling SCH on an alt and having a lot of fun. That may be because I've done all the end game stuff (bar T9), got the t-shirt, got bored of it... finding re-doing the story and re-leveling classes way more fun. But that's just me. :P If the leveling part of the game isn't for you, the end game might be. But it's a lot of time to put in to get to end game and realise you don't like it... :P

This is very true. While the potential activities at level 50 change, you're going to be twiddling your thumbs a lot if you didn't like the grind from 1-49 to do so with other jobs. If you've got money to spare, you can try subbing for a month to see if things change for you, but I wouldn't feel bad if it doesn't.

I will say this: the sense of community really has to come from your desire to join linkshells and free companies. I feel a strong comradery with my free company and then have fun social linkshells that I'm a part of. However, sometimes you have to be proactive in seeking them out.

I found the earlier stuff to be good with lots of challenge. I started playing in Beta and continued at launch. Unfortunately, SE have nerfed a lot of the earlier content to make it easier, combined with Duty Finder Roulette putting over powered characters into the instance the early dungeons are probably very boring for everyone. Remember when Ifrit story mode was very difficult, Amdapor Keep Demon Wall (they removed the bees!!), etc. SE seems to keep the challenge only at the pointy end of the game.

You can think of 1-49 is like your tutorial. Once you get to 50 that's when the game starts. Everything that you learned about your class in the earlier dungeons is put to the test in the end game. Yoshi-P said himself that this is how he wanted to structure this game. Do some endgame content, and I mean real endgame, not relic quest trials and LP dungeons. If you're still not enjoying it the game probably isn't for you.

I fell in love with this game moments into picking it up back in the phase 3 beta on PS3 and played it pretty much every single day since then. I'm a HUGE Final Fantasy fan, the story and the world are very important to me. If you don't care about any of this, the game won't appeal to you... there's no point in continuing your subscription if you don't care about the lore and what not to the game.
