One thing I have not seen mentioned, and I find it surprising, is that unless it is decided ahead of time, I often run into the "Is the DRG gonna LB, should I just do it? I'll let them since they're in DL, ah crap better do it now..." situation.

Despite knowing the best opportunity on most fights to hit LB, if someone tells me to do it I just do. If things don't go as well as they should I get to throw the "well, you said to use it" back at the grumpy person. Usually it doesn't matter at all.

LB power is based off entire party, not who uses it. Doesn't matter if the user is in Darklight...

Yes I know. Better DPS overall if the lower geared person uses it, as higher geared can still roll through rotation while lower is animation locked.
