I don't mind about locking item... is PF, if you agree, join. I not, don't join. Honestly, i think is more "cheap" to make a need party as X and select jobs for your PF being impossible for another X to join.

I don't understand why would he join you first and blacklist you later?
Did you put it in the comment that you will lock "black mage body"? If the rule is clear, then he shouldn't have joined into your party from the beginning when he want same item?
Lol! wth! I never seen that kind of unfair rule in JP server so far! So only party leader get advantage to choose? I thought it is like everybody lock 1 gear equally. This happen a lot in JP server, they always let everybody lock 1x. (of course tho, not just the leader)

As long as as the leader states the loot rules for the group in advance there really shouldn't be an issue.
If a group of players choose to make a list of players that they will not play with on an external forum that is their right. They have the right to play with who they want. If your style of play doesn't mesh with a certain group of players they should be able to tell other "like minded people" that X player doesnt play to their "rules".
Neither side is wrong in this scenario.
In EQ2s hay day there was a nonofficial forum that pretty much any serious player used as a resource.
You could get blacklisted on that forum for all kinds of different reasons and it did a pretty decent job of policing the high ego raid population.
Personally I join groups like that if the player is of the same role as me and I can have the other stuff if it drops.I never join groups where the leader reserves gear for themselves. I am sure there are a lot more people who don't say anything they just don't join your group. If you ever wonder why your group is filling up slow its probably because you reserve gear for yourself and a lot of people just won't join groups like that.
Learn, explore, and think for yourself. Make your choices, take actions, and let yourself be free.
Way back when, before 2.1, doing primals. Some people I played with and myself always made groups where people could ask for everyone who didn't excplicitly need something, to pass on it. It wasn't strictly a gear lock party, but most of the time, there weren't overlaps and if there were, they'd either compete with the drop, or just decides who gets it (first, if farming). I feel like this system could be used in coil as well
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

I always felt gear locking was a bit silly. If I already have the item, I'll join and play along. If I do need it, I won't even bother with the conflict. Know that I do have a silent dissenting opinion either way.
I've seen people make threads crying about when someone didn't play along with their pointless rules. The need/greed system is there for a reason. If you want to reserve gear, join a FC and run with them. They'll have structured rules in place. But PUGs with PF? Don't expect anyone to listen to your "conditions" in the end.
That website must be really famous. Nobody I know has ever heard about it lol. Blacklisting people for setting a condition? How bout just not join if you want that item too? Too simple I guess. A website that keeps track of such important things is surely the better way to go. Some peeps really have too much time on their hands lol.
I was often in runs where items were locked. Never a biggie. But I know that no matter what conditions are set, they will be disregarded if Greed comes into Game. Not the loot greed option, Human Greed. I was once in a Peisteskin party described as "your map your loot". It worked well till a bluebird popped up. From 8 people, FIVE clicked NEED and ofc, the owner of the map wasn't the one to get it haha. He went completely mad and started threatening the party. I play nicely along with such conditions but I would never ever expect that a stranger would give my condition priority if a rare item shows up.
I wish SE would introduce a personal loot system. This seem so dated in the face of what other mmos are currently doing to address the problem. Then you don't have to worry about not letting certain jobs join, calling GMs, etc.
Judging by the spelling I would say its probably an angry 12 year old. I wouldn't worry about it.
To each their own I guess. I don't mind locked loots in PF I just won't join them. What I do think is lame is when I make a PF group clearly labeled Need>Greed then other players start pouring in claiming loot and telling there sob story that they've run the dungeon 100's and lose the loot.
