hm...somehow dont get it...how do u "lock" gear? do u lock the jobs? for example u want the blm body so u just lock the smn and blm slots or are u just writing in the describtion: i claim the blm body mine ect? in that case -> awww u mean mean person

Some just lock the jobs, but then they don't need to state that the item is locked, so people like the OP will take whatever jobs they can get, they just forbid anyone that joins their party to roll on the items they want.
