    Here is a screen shot. When I press the button, nothing happens. There is no quest for me to do. Nothing on the map. Nothing happens when you press the map button.

    At the bottom you have Levequests with at least one being in Lower La Noscea...
    If any of the levequests there are level 20, complete it and you should be able to hand in Leves of Moraby.
    The same applies to any Levequests that may be in Northern Thanalan, but those are level 40 instead.

    Since the picture didn't show the levequests, I can only hope that there is a level 20 one in Lower La Noscea and a level 40 in Northern Thanalan in that list, and that you can progress from here on.
