In my journal are both leve quests...sort of, they have no objective, there is no abandon button, and the map leads to no where. Like I said, they are both bugged. I can pick up nothing. Frustrating. The NPCs from whom the quests were originally flagged from say I have to complete a quest. Unfortunately, there is no quest complete. So, it seems what happened when the quests were dropped it the beginning, they only half-dropped. Lol.
