Stiffer Penalties for those leaving dungeons!!

I did roulette nearly daily this week, and 80% of the time I got Cutter's Cry and Copperbell Mines HM. Both dungeons bore me to utter death. However, even though the thought of leaving was so delicious and I knew I could requeue really fast I really didn't have the heart to. DPS queues are obscenely long and its not fair to let them wait for a tank or healer who might never really come.

Roulette is called roulette for a reason, your option could be horrid or good, suck it up and do it.

And those who say oh have someone from your FC join, it doesn't always work. A tank quit on us in Haukke HM, and when a tank from my FC tried to join he ended up in a FRESH run.

Can't say I'm for a stiffer penalty, but I wish people would just be a bit more considerate and just not queue if they are not willing to stay for long.
