Honestly, I don't even see a purpose for being able to use combat skills in the main cities. It's not like there's monster/beast tribe raids that happen or anything, so why allow it at all? Crafters are another thing to be able to, but yeah, might as well just disable combat skills in the major cities IMO

I don't like when DRGs spam in the city.

Honestly the crafting sounds bug me 20x more, anyway though perhaps a reason skills and spells are usable in cities is potential city defense/events/quests that require certain skills to be used while in city grounds.
(or it was just easier to not include spell and skill disabling zones)

Thats exactly what you should do. If something bothers you, seek a solution, when the solution is found use it. Don't go online whining that you shouldn't have to use the solution the solution to your problem. That makes no sense, unless you just feel the earth revolves around you. In which case I'd ask that you seek help; cause it doesn't.I like the "turn of your sound/battle effects" responses. Obviously everyone should need to take time to change all of their settings so one guy can spam skills in town, instead of that guy spamming skills just NOT @#$%ING DOING IT.
There was a guy on Leviathan doing it the other day, and when people complained he did it more while following them + changing jobs to spam additional skills all because of "if you don't like it, just change your settings".
Annoying people are annoying in games too.
They are like people that talk on their cell phones in movie theatres.
Life is difficult enough for the brain damaged and we shouldn't make it worse by complaining about their actions.

Don't forget the bubblegum poppers and people who can't chew with their mouths closed.

there is option to solve it , if people are spamming its not exactly squares fault , turning it other players off by default would be worse imo
