Players ditching the dungeon before everyone's even finished loading

They might be loading faster, seeing the gear/HP of the people there, and then choosing to leave because they don't think the run will go well.

I'm not saying this is right, but I think this is the most likely scenario, and I have personally witnessed it a few times.

You'd think, but then someone I know had their Sastasha abandoned by the tank before they even loaded in. Sastasha.

It's still something that should be getting heavily penalized, just because you don't wanna run a given dungeon that you signed up for, you're abandoning three other players who now have to try to deal with it without you, or on dungeons too strict for that to be possible, have to now decide to either ditch and return to queue, or wait for a replacement who might never show.

Had this happen to me TWICE last night - effig moron tank left during load up. Not that it would bother me much as I was WHM atm but A) I might have lost the Healer bonus (was going after GC seals for ventures) if I'd requeue and B) I've had no heart to leave 2 DPS standing there alone so we did it in 3 without tank just fine. And - guess what - about an hour later when I was running the DR with my DRG - EXACTLY the same crap - tank left upon loading - again we did it in 3 without one! As suggested above - for ANYONE leaving like this impose BOTH at least 1 hour penalty plus remove the DR bonus for the day for that category. There is no other way how to deal with such scums.
