Personally, I'd rather you scrap the Armoury System then Lock 1 Job to 1 Weapon.

Freya was not Intentionally a Red Mage no, She wasn't a Dragoon Either. She did wear the Red Mage Get up, but she used skills that were previously considered "Blue Magic" in some past games and used a spear.

Quina was the Blue mage
Freya had all the jump and dragon killer stuff with the spears...
