Plan to remove benefit for failing leves?

the part i highlighted isn't correct. Nowhere have I seen that soloing leves will give you any more SP that it does now. If anythin you'll get less or the same as now. We'll get even less if we do them as a group.

They are disincentivizing (is that even a word?) leves as a way to rank up as a group, which leaves them as solo centric content.

Yeah, it is the present participle of disincentivize. And I agree; until rank 40 plus, I have a feeling leves will be very underwhelming.
