I think what OP means is, there isn't much thing to do other than coil right now.

There are other things but it won't give any meaningful loot.
People don't care about content, they care about access to the best gear.

Yup. And if that's all you're interested in, well, adding another method to get 'best' gear would ultimately just result in "well now I'm done everything NOW WHAT SE" even faster.

This isn't to say the game couldn't benefit from more content; especially content with spontaneity/nonlinear generation that would greatly increase the amount of people's interest in replaying it. But there would always be a set of players only interested in "does it have the best gear in the game at the end of it".

What content is there really thou. Not everything interests me, same goes to others.

I would love to run some of the lower dungeons like Brayflox for those green icon gears for vanity, but no matter I queu as tank/healer/DPS, the wait time is pretty ridiculous cos no one plays them. I'd wish I could bring my retainer in as AI lol.

Even if not for dungeons, I would love to have Retainers be able to join us in battle as companions in a pinch. Especially now that we can gear them.
