Since this is a general "things we want to see" thread, I'll toss this in.

Mounting your Chocobo when it's already out for Companion status.

This is only for Chocobos as they can fight beside you as a physical ally. The way it is now - you use the whistle, the chocobo disappears, reappearing under you and off you go. Rather, why not, if the chocobo is already out, your character actually Jumps up on it's back instead? It's a simple thing, more of a "immersion" type of thing I suppose,

They implemented this in 2.2, now you can ride your chocobo without having to disband it, also, your chocobo now stays out 30 mins regardless of it's rank.
