Um am i crazy or the only one who has noticed this...

Dragon kick doesn't seem to apply the debuff when used with perfect balance. Perfect balanced enabled snap punches n stuff don't put you in opo-opo stance.

It does apply the debuff. It doesn't change forms.

All I can tell you is I've been doing Demo Snap Snap DK Snap as my opener for a while now, and the DK debuff is applied every time.

Debuff definitely applies while under PB. Like others said it just doesn't progress your forms. Are you sure you're just not using DK right after PB ends?

This should be the BiS list with the fixed stats on the boots.

Absolutely, 100% does.

This was not true at launch or in beta 4, but it has changed. PB will not advance your forms, but it will apply the form bonus. i.e. Bootshine is 100% crit from the rear, Twin will apply +10% buff, DK will apply +10% debuff, AotD will silence and OIP will dispel.

Hi guys. I'm too lazy to read back through 212 pages to try and find the answer to this, and there's no mention of it in the new Monk Temple: Reborn Thread either.

I've just started using my Monk for progression content and have had various people tell me that I should be aiming for a minimum of 400 Skill Speed, but then others tell me that it really doesn't matter.

With my current gear set I have no pieces with Skill Speed on them and am sitting at 341, where I have favoured Acc > Det > Crit. I can still hit 5 skills while in Perfect Balance at 341 and the set I have allows me to use my Allagan weapon while maintaining approximately 490 accuracy.

Will such low Skill Speed hinder my DPS at all? Or have I gone the right route with my stat prioritisation?

You are fine. There are no skill speed break points or requirements that you need to hit.

Could you post your set to see? Would love to see where your getting the ACC from
