This might have been asked somewhere before, but I can't seem to find it so here goes.
Assuming i90 gear 2.1 BiS with allagan weapon, how much DPS should a DRG be doing in Levi EX? I just started doing Levi EX and I'm not sure if I'm doing a good job or not.

Average should be around 220~ DPS. You can pull higher (I've pulled 251 once) if you time everything 100% perfectly.

However I honestly feel it partly comes down to the entire group, if you push all the phases your dps is naturally going to be higher. Like any fight the more you do it, the better you'll become at timing things correctly to push your numbers up. The highest I've gotten so far with my i100 weapon was 280.

Since DRG only have one attack that needs to go from flank is it viable to gear only for rear accuracy for some fights which is is possible to stay at the rear almost all the time? i.e. T8.

Even if HT is not accuracy capped, would the extra additional stats make up for whatever miss rate you might get from HT/autos when attacking from flank?

Similarly for BRD who can stay in the rear regardless of rotation, should they gear for rear accuracy instead of rear+flank?

Not at all. Going from 493-471 accuracy (Flank -> Rear is 22/3~ accuracy difference) with BiS is only an increase of 0.8%(ish) DPS increase (someone may need to recheck the exact percentage). Now that's with a chance to miss a HT, which gives us a permanent 15% damage buff.

Yeah, not worth it.

One miss (leg sweep) against Rafflesia, 487 accuracy, maybe two hours of tries. Was probably while the boss was facing me before a Floral Trap or something, otherwise I would have missed a lot more. Not sure if it was worth reporting or not considering a lot was discussed earlier anyway, but here it is o/

Isn't Turn 6 around 475 accuracy? Only situation where you'd miss besides that is if the hornet targets you and you gotta hit it from the front.

Here's what is recommended:

HT-IR-ID-BFB-DiS-PS-CT-Jump-PH-Sweep-TT-(Spineshatter)-VT-LS-FT(DF)

That's how you should do your burst. If you're not breaking 300, then you're doing something terribly wrong somewhere. You're doing the optimal rotation of H-IDC-P-TTT, H-TTT-P-IDC-H-TTT-P-IDC, so the only thing I can really say is that you're just not being quick enough with your skills, or thinking too much about the rotation, thus breaking the fluidity. With i90 on a dummy you should be 330 stable-ish.

Save your jumps for your bursts, or your friend isn't "testing" you properly.

Hitting True Thrust before Phleb comes out. Jumps have a slight ending delay.
