Hmm, I did find I'm getting routed through a bad hop through Cogenta but not sure what I can do to fix it. Pretty sure if I were to ask for "tier3 support" they'd have no idea what I'm talking about, or even if they did I'm not sure they would actually patch me through instead of just sending a request.

I (I guess thankfully) haven't had much dealings with ISP networking support, anyone have any suggestions for getting it resolved?
