This game lacks the experience, too casual?

It's unfair to compare it to WoW because WoW has 8 years of content and experience behind it.

True enough it is easy to get bored in this game but nobody is saying you have to stick with the game 365 days a year, if you get bored take a break and come back in the next major patch.

Maybe it is but im just saying that im bored of the game and ist mechanics and no patch is going to Change that next time if they dont implent some things, maybe im alone here but who knows! People still Play ffxi so i cant be that alone after all, ok some might say go Play ffxi and thats what im doing but i want this game to improve and not having to abonden it so i share my experience!

And we get to the root of it. This is another "FFXIV should be FFXI HD" thread. You're quite late to the party. These are 2 very different games built on 2 very different engines and 2 very different ideas. They will never be the same. If you don't like that, you probably won't like this game at all, ever. The expansion will more than likely add some more open content, but that's still about 5-6 months away at least.

As far as leveling goes, that definitely won't change. Many, many people wanted this, even from 1.0 which had incredibly fast lvling towards the end. Fighting the big enemies and general raids that require some form of strategy are preferred over taking a long time to get to 50 in the first place. Also, the fact you can have and maintain every job on 1 character makes it attractive to have multiple jobs at 50 so you can change to what you need.
